Source Engine is a game development utility made by Valve, used as main engine for E.Y.E: Divine Cybermancy.
Currently, no specific tools to make maps, mods, and more have yet been released. Players can make design projects with Hammer in other Source Engine games using developers textures and then export their maps into the game, but as of now, that's pretty much the only thing to do.
